Rain and Gain
The Deep South is getting soaked right now. Dark skies abound, and the rain is falling in buckets. Just in time for my drought-struck yard. Despite the rain, it's sunny skies on Wall Street, as the Dow nears a monumental mark of 12,000. NASDAQ is trying to keep pace but is still nowhere close to its record. The large-caps are leading the day. One big piece of news... Wal Mart is buying a Chinese retailer. I guess that just goes to show you-- if you can't beat 'em, join 'em!
