Markets surged on IBM's good news and falling oil prices. We were waiting for other tech companies to report to see if this train is going to keep on chugging. We weren't disappointed. Intel posted a 16% rise in profits, and Motorola saw an increase of 17%. Don't Ya Luv It! NASDAQ (percentage-wise) sailed past the stodgy Dow with a 1.3% jump.
