A Shopping Day

Markets gained today, as retail numbers came in. After sky-high oil prices, who would have thought it would be the retail sector holding things up? I thought we were putting all our money in the tank, but SOMEONE is buying. The Dow is getting close to its all-time high. We'll be on market watch for that magical number.
