The day started well on all fronts, but techs dragged things down. I'm still a fan of the techies, though. From my cell phone to my internet hook-up, I'm sold on technology, and I don't see any slowdown. The twenty-somethings surrounding me seem to know this better than I do. Yet, tech has yet to reestablish itself on Wall Street after the dot-com debacle. For an interesting article on technology and the up and comers, check out BusinessWeek.
