Cool Houses?

Toll Brothers, the big residential developer, isn't looking too cool these days. There are way too many houses on the market and too few buyers. It's a cold combination. The housing market and the oil market seem to be the biggest drags on the economy right now. Techs started the day with a bang, but ended up flat. The Dow dropped almost 1%.
