Will oil break $100?

The Dow was in and out of negative territory much throughout Tuesday, but finished with a nice surge. All 3 major indexes gained around 1%. There is talk that the Nasdaq Stock Market is close to buying Philadelphia Stock Exchange for more than $600 million. Financials continued to perform poorly, led by Citigroup which fell another 2.3%.
