Green In Spite of the News

Housing reports for March showed an increase in foreclosures. Bear Stearns reported, and, to no one's surprise, the news was bleak. BS is now reporting a possible SEC investigation into competitive practices at the beleagured financial giant. Despite these 2 big news items, markets added about 1/2% today.
