A Small Breath of Fresh Air

Relief began arriving in New Orleans and on the Coast. I expect my sister was in line in Ocean Springs for water and ice. I've been trying to reach her all day with no luck. When the going gets tough, forget about using your phone! Markets dipped a bit, with the NASDAQ losing the most, about 1/3%. Oil prices dipped, showing how strong things were before the hurricane.
